Vanilla essence protects us from inflammation and may lower cholesterol. Maple syrup contains less fructose than honey, dates or agave. Covid/19 has impacted food trends because people are now more conscious to use the products that they have in their pantry to make new recipes. People will utilise the whole product from top to tail, having no wastage. Most people do not want to take unnecessary trips to the supermarket, so by doing these changes they will make new food trends and be able to remain at home during Covid. New food trend may include just using the things that you have at home and inventing new recipes out of it.
